someone like him can also do that level of scrutiny when presented with something so flawed. It's not very difficult to do, unless you have a tremendous emotional attachment to your preconceived ideas and refuse to let go. (I had some about IQ BEFORE ever taking a test. I let go of them afterwards.)

It's also specious reasoning. There are many avenues by which someone can interrogate the claims he accepted without scrutiny. Around age 16, first time for an IQ test (a friends mom was doing a graduate psych degree) I pointed out the many flaws I found with it. If 16 yr old me can do that...

Generative AI is the apotheosis of this process. It's praised for doing better than a human on certain tasks, but those tasks were *made for computer logic* in the first place.
