Hardly surprising that a fascist hails a fascist as the leader of the free world. What would be surprising would be if this hypocrite decided not to appear on the BBC in future because he has now turned on the organisation that helped fashion him.

So, he is going to pardon another convicted felon but this time to cover up his own part in the Epstein/Trump Files. This is grotesque state of US law under the thing now crouching in what remains of the White House.

He was Bill Haydon in the great TV adaptation of Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy but most remember him now for House of Cards. A really fine actor.

There was and it also featured Ian Richardson. I think it’s still available here on Channel4.

I see his net is widening from communists, socialists, radical Left lunatics to now include anarchist thugs. So many enemies. Does anyone recognise them from his deranged description?

I’d forgotten that Suchet played Blott and that they used Ludlow in Shropshire, one of our favourite towns, to stand in as Worford. Must give it another watch.

The books are good, too. Try Porterhouse Blue and the Wilt series. Great fun.

We have been lucky with our neighbours in our home over the past 25 years here. We live in a small terrace of houses and we all know each other and help out when we can. These days it is rare for neighbours to know each other even by name. A sad change from our childhood.

Brit here. Is that the best you got to take on the Orange Godzilla because I don’t think it’s going to end well.

Is this an #AlphabetChallenge Dave? If so it’s a good one. I’d forgotten about Blott. Was that the Tom Sharpe book adapted by Malcolm Bradbury or are you thinking of another programme?

More of a rat than a mole, I’d say.
