Strange rules about Mayors/MPs. Seems you can be a first class Mayor, with all the qualities to be a first class minister, but you get blocked.

Dear USA military. If Trump wants to do less for NATO and wants the Europeans to do more...then when do you folks have to start looking for another job...he means to save money on defence.

Note. This kind of ties in with an earlier sense that Trump appears to be on a deadline by March.
Of course March is when the weather improves in Ukraine, and possibly the time for Putin to re-arm and reinforce.
