I did a ankle hang from the trapeze today. You start from a mount/sitting position and you slowly try to lower down and really flex your ankles. I did not go slow but it was a success! However the inside of my ankles are not pretty from rope burn.

I just finished Dragon Age 4 and it’s the end of a series I’ve been playing for 15 years, and I have feelings about it. That’s a story that’s spanned through a lot of writers and consoles and the only story I’ve followed that long has probably been Stephen Kings Dark Tower. That’s a unique loss.
