European Scot. Happy that the Tories are out, but not expecting to see many progressive policies from New New Labour. Independence remains the best choice for Scotland #FBPE

Five years ago today, the UK left the EU.

Johnson's faux-Churchillesque speech on the day ended with these lines.

How did that work out?

I'm finding a huge number are from .yandex - keep an eye out for them.

This needs to be taken very seriously. All donations that originate from abroad, no matter who is the final donor, should be banned. Only UK citizens should be allowed to donate to British political organisations

Elmo spent Billions buying the “Dark-side” as well as allegedly influencing the American election.

There are also rumours that he wants to impact future UK elections by supporting #FarageRiots in his dream to become PM.

What Elmo can’t do (yet) is to “turn back the clock” on photos like this…..

And instead you chose to engage in political games that enrich you, engender division and further impoverish the worst off.

This is absolute madness. Carbon capture and storage has failed time and again. Labour has slashed reliable green programmes, to pour vast sums of our money into a complete crock. The only possible explanation is lobbying by fossil fuel companies.🧵 www.theguardian.com/environment/...

Well, looks like I'm out of that hole just in time. This is absolutely disgusting and provokes my first (but undoubtedly not my last) use of the word cuntcake on this platform because that's what he is. Why do this?
“Why is it the responsibility of women to remove ourselves from public space, in order to be safe from threats and violence? Telling victims or those at risk of abuse to get off social media just gives free rein to the perpetrators. It does nothing to stop them.”

Handjob told the Commons: “We do not believe that reopening this costly and time-consuming public inquiry is the right way forward.”
