Casey rules. Ask A Swole Woman and She's a Beast are incredible resources for people who want to get strong, are getting strong, currently experiencing a romanian deadlift, etc. AASW was my intro to powerlifting in 2017 and Liftoff was my spouse's intro in 2024. Excited to read this book!
