They are really banking on AI being capable enough to replace their senior employees once they age out of the work force aren't they. Where do they think skilled experience workers come from?

Seems one of my co-workers died in a car crash last week. We weren't close out of work but I was invested in her projects with my customer and had frequent touch points and meetings with her. Their manager dropped a message announcing it in one of our slack channels and I audibly gasped in a meeting
