I agree that people should just be getting checks at this point.
Having needed funds tied to means-tested and approved applications just complicates what is already chaos for those in need.

i dont understand why at a state level they cant send a check to who ever receives snap?
do they not have a list of who receives what?
i feel that giving money to food banks just leaves room for error.
