Having needed funds tied to means-tested and approved applications just complicates what is already chaos for those in need.

what im seeing is food banks in my area at least, using this as an opportunity to gobble up funds.

with a barely there community presence my expectations are low. being open 1 day a week for 3 hours aint it.

socialism does work.
its a shame we have been brainwashed to think otherwise.

now they have to rely on others?

this seems really inefficient.

and just another way for these places to suck up more tax payer money.
