I truly believe we are never going to reach reproductive equity without some form of UBI. When women are economically punished for having children, there will always be a mechanism to control us (which I understand is certain people’s ideal situation - we should get rid of those people)
UBI isn't a handout; it's a tool for economic justice and social protection. It's also an investment in human potential that enables millions of individuals and whole communities to escape poverty and create wealth, in turn boosting economies and reducing inequality. It's a win-win.
