Wow! France gifted her to us, and now they’ve captured what so many Americans are feeling on Independence Day. The values the Statue of Liberty stood for are no more.

📌 A stunning mural of the Statue of Liberty covering her face was unveiled in Roubaix, France, on July 3, 2025.

Trump just turned the White House into a Tesla dealership—hawking $60K cars to bail out Musk while everyday Americans watch their 401(k)s tank.

Funny how he feels sorry for Elon losing money but doesn’t give a damn about the people suffering under his wreck of an economy. Oh, and it’s illegal.

Perhaps the most depressing part about the last couple of months is that every awful shitty thing that’s happening to this country is self-induced. People asked for this. None of it had to happen.

Similar to UK and Brexit. Portrayed as economic liberation, it exploited xenophobia and culture wars. Economy crashed, regime changed, and slowly some sanity is returning. We can't undo the changes, and we are all angry with each other.
All self-inflicted.

Tariffs on their own do not create more American jobs or lead to more US production. In fact, Trump's last trade war cost roughly 300,000 jobs. All these tariffs will do is give corporations cover to jack up prices and pad their profits at our expense.

If you think Putin's agenda sounds similar to Trump's, there's a reason for that.

Both are trying to distract from the economic looting by their respective oligarchies.

The Real Motive Behind the GOP's “Culture War” | Robert Reich
Why do Putin, Trump, and the GOP sound so much alike? Their culture wars have similar agendas: Diverting attention from the economic looting of their respective oligarchies. At its core, it’s all about preserving wealth and power. Why Republicans are NOT the Party of Freedom ►► https://youtu.be/IPzlR_mGQIM
