If, like me, you love dishy TV shows about scammers getting taken down, Apple Cider Vinegar on Netflix is really good. It takes on the snake oil crunchy influencer industrial complex, but treats people who fall for it w/ admirable compassion. Illness makes us desperate for magical thinking.

There's a reason why modern civilisation relies on dedicated farms leveraging economies of scale to produce enough calories for everyone.

Trying a thing for my ADHD where I make little washi tape squares to keep my phone/water bottle/alt mouse etc so I can keep track of them instead of sticking them in my pocket or leaving them around the house. Seems to be working so far!
