When I was little, the U.S. military came to our home at gunpoint and took me and my family away. We were imprisoned for years in barbed wire camps simply because we were Japanese American. I have spent my life telling that story, hoping it would never be repeated.

Reminder: the First Amendment protects everyone who resides in our country. It doesn't matter if you have a green card or a visa or if you're undocumented. The Supreme Court has repeatedly affirmed that any person residing in the United States, regardless of status, is entitled to 1A protections.

Remember when those kids and their coach were trapped in a cave that flooded in Thailand? Musk offered this expensive sub tech that failed. What worked? Experienced divers and the coach's background as a monk, which kept the kids calm as they ran out of air and food. Seems like an apt metaphor.

What gets me about this every time is how little do you have to think of Palestinian humanity to chide those who identify with them, ridicule them, for not voting for people who are buying the bombs that murder. When else are people expected to vote for their own murders? It’s sick.
