Sayed Naser served as a U.S. military interpreter in Afghanistan. Now he’s being deported.

The Taliban assassinated his brother and kidnapped his father. All because he helped us.

Why are the feds trying to deport him, even though his asylum case is still pending?

Not justice, it’s a betrayal.

What Republicans are doing in response to the anti-ICE protests is EXACTLY what the Dakota Access pipeline company did in response to the 2016 protests at Standing Rock

Those protests saw FBI infiltration & a $660 million judgment against Greenpeace

Super important to be informed on these tactics
Lessons for protesters from Standing Rock
The events following the 2016 protest are urgently relevant to our current political moment.

A new North Dakota bill would require stores to pull any book with any "material harmful to minors" from the shelves.

For those in the cheap seats, that effectively means ANY mention of sex, sexuality or gender.

A bookseller could be arrested for displaying 1984.

Port: It's not just about kids, and it's not just libraries
Legislation under consideration in Bismarck wouldn't just restrict access to books in schools and libraries. The language of the bill also applies to private book stores.
