屎忽即是屁股的俗稱，顧名思義，老屎忽就有佔著茅坑不拉屎的意思，一般形容公司/機構里老資格的人，做事因循，推卸責任，還有自以為是，自戀，不接受新事物又看不起年輕人的特質。
