Also, I went to Broadview because that's where they take my neighbors after they abduct them in Uptown. So maybe the Broadview mayor should think about why they're okay with letting an illegal prison, where ICE abuses my neighbors, operate in their town.

Doesn't even need to be a Constitutional challenge. There's a state law on the books specifically prohibiting state and local police from doing what they're doing.

at one point, i watched a cook county sheriff’s officer (who appears to be in charge) point out a priest in the crowd.
he and a couple officers then went into the crowd , dragged him into the street, and arrested him.

Redemption is the "reward." That redeption puts you back on a possible even footing with everyone else. If you're doing these things in order to be rewarded with power, that redeption is going to be tainted and appear insincere.
