But we aren’t in an armed conflict. Nor are we in a non-international armed conflict with Venezuela as Trump has “declared.” I was worried that these murders wouldn’t be subject to our domestic criminal laws, but they ARE (not that Bondi will do anything about it, but that’s beside the point.) 2/
