If you live in Alberta, you should know that today your government will invoke the notwithstanding clause to wage war against transgender Albertans.
Not because transgender persons are harmful, but because the UCP is distracting you from their mountain of failures.

Dr Markland was kind to me and especially when our daughter died. He was truly a very rare human being. He worked in ICU at an Edmonton Hospital. Winter was hardest for him as homeless people came in with severe damage to their legs from the cold. Lots of amputations. He rode a bike every day.

As a dad, former Teacher and education minister, I support this. Missing school is warranted in support of social justice and civil right.

As city columnist for the Edmonton Journal, I wrote often about the crisis of homelessness. I was naive. For years, I thought people wanted to help those living on the street. It took me ages to realize that many people just wanted the homeless gone, someplace away, out of sight and out of mind.

I made a formal complaint to CBSC about the FALSE claim by Premier Smith on Corus that 10 year olds are getting sterilized. Here is a link its about 7 min in on the June 28th broadcast. Attached is part of Corus radio response. I have the option of appealing.
