While researching my book Coffee Culture New Orleans, I took a coffee roasting class! We're so lucky to have a resource like Current Crop in New Orleans that sells green coffee and offers a variety of roasting, cupping, and coffee cocktail classes. Very fun! #coffee #coffeesky
