I’ve just had the spiciest hot wings of my life. I had to scrape all the sauce off then they were tolerable. Not even the garlic bread with cheese could help tame it!

Such a great time in Salt Lake City visiting with @typevolant.com (thanks for having me)! There really isn’t much more I could have ever asked for - in addition to quality friend and family time, I got to see some amazing and beautiful sights.

Today is my kids’ fashion show at home…a time when they try on their clothes and I get to sit and laugh when I see some outfits on them. For example, Exhibit A, pictured. 😂🤣
