This is so disingenuous of them. Giving to a charity should be a voluntary act, not something you're forced into doing because of archaic property laws.

Have just read all of that and am now of the opinion that this is just going to drag on and on and on and the fat cat freeholders will do everything in their power to stall. Meanwhile my lease is getting shorter and shorter and I hang on in quiet desperation waiting to buy my freehold !
