The problem with growing up in a cult without a name is that it doesn't have a book or documentary for you to point to and say, "Yeah that one," when you tell people you grew up in a cult. Many offshoots of the cult I left have names, books, and documentaries, but they're not the same.

Our local grocery store rearranged all the aisles so that they can make room for giant coolers full of wine and beer. There is literally a beer and wine store in the same shopping center! Why is our society so obsessed with drinking?

What a shame: The @ajc.com and other outlets are reporting that the city of Atlanta @atlantageorgia.bsky.social has denied a permit to exercise the right to peacefully march at the #NoKings protest on Saturday, October 18th. I'm sure there will still be thousands of protestors anyway!

This isn't the pro-life party otherwise the trauma of these children would matter to them!
ICE admits that up to 50% of arrests in its Chicago raids are "collateral.” These aren't statistics. They are parents taken from their children, neighbors taken from our communities. When does a "collateral" U.S. citizen child's trauma matter? This isn't law enforcement; it's a campaign of terror.
