You're right on the money (pardon the pun) about apathy. More instant gratification than common sense. Tightening up qualies on CC MIGHT help but BigFin isn't going to allow that to happen. All comes back to personal responsibility for me... and the principle of it.

Releasing the Epstein files would show who isn't in them, by showing who *is* in them. Might not be entirely conclusive, but it *would* be extremely strong circumstantial evidence.
