A small pencil sketch of a centipede-like yokai-inspired creature composed of legless adult male torsos (including simply-drawn genitalia) fused between the shoulders and hips of each torso, each arm working like a leg. In one grounded hand are prayer beads. The topmost torso has a head that hangs limp from the neck, wearing a triangular hat like that of a Shinto priest, and an actual small centipede is coming out of the dead-eyed head's mouth like a long tongue. Most of its body length is hidden behind itself, disappearing into shadows on a light background, the frontmost part with the head rising up closer than the rest of it.
