I went to meet the 'Rockstar 31', the developers who were suddenly fired from their work on GTA 6 for what the studio has described as gross misconduct.
That's not what the workers call it though. They have another couple of words they prefer to use: union busting.

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.

I think at least 5 of the studios I had applied to or had listings during my 2023 job search have shut down, including one where a friend reached out to recruit me directly. He took me out to a meal when I got laid off and then within a year, I treated him to a meal when he got laid off. 🫠
I interviewed with 20 studios in 2023 before finally finding a home at CDPR. Studios closed, projects got canceled, devs got laid off. As of today, only 1 of those roles remains. It's a wild time in the games industry
