todays an important day in my recovery from alcohol. its taken a lot of hard, inner work. facing demons i used to drink to avoid, not numbing myself but actually feeling my feelings and not letting my thoughts rule me.
relearning who i am and growing stronger every day.
today i'm 69 days sober.
