Did you notice that BOTH the Navy Lark and the US shuttle program have a Commander Wetherbee?

Impressive, was it generated from a single image or 3 view ? Either way it renders nicely and looks very clean. Reminds me of the old Brian Lumley "Necroscope" series book covers.

Single image.
I've not noticed much improvement with multiple views personally, though that might be my choice of subject...

I've had wildly mixed results with rocket engines in Hitem3d, and I'm never sure what will work well, but the best are surprisingly good.

Tried the rigging and animation of an Imperial officer from Star Wars. The rigging was very much like Mixamo, but defined left and right. The finished result wasn't particularly great, but if you started with a more T or A pose character, I imagine you would have a lot more success.

I see it claims to do character rigging, and remeshing as well...

Does that work well for you?

How do you find it on objects, as opposed to people?

Hitem3d seems to have a lot of problems if the surface is strongly patterned.

I used a similar one, MeshyAI, and got some decent results.
While interesting, for animation production, it will only serve as a guide for character creation. I'll need to produce a proper optimised mesh that is just the head for addition of hair, retopology, etc, etc...
But it's interesting.

Nothing like that for me - I registered from maybe 5 different emails to get free credits, and it went smoothly every time...

We cannot conclude the ChatGPT dulls brain function.

It is important to understand that only the profoundly stupid trust its output in the first place.

You can count the number of smart people using it on the 6 fingers of your 3rd foot.
