Since we're coming back to "might makes right" principle, I suggest we also do something new and introduce the "Outlaw Country" concept. Being declared an outlaw for continuously breaking international laws, such country looses any protection and any country can do anything to it.

I finally have electricity again! I went 26 hours without light, water and heat because of the Russians. Since I am at home, I read a book as long as the sun was shining, and when it got dark in the room, I turned on the internet, but it is so weak that it barely loaded messages

When I was relatively young, there were a lot of "adult talks" about how our politicians
either
1) buy overpriced (specifically russian) gas
or
2) freeze in winter.

This has been Russia's tactic for years. Literally freeze folks to get their cooperation.
Wrote my master's thesis on their use of Gazprom to try and get Ukraine back. That was in 2009. Back then Russia supplied 40% of western Europe's natural gas.
