by the way if anyone’s wondering my health isn’t great right now but it’s manageable. i’m having a lot of emotional breakdowns but not the same kind of physical fatigue, i’m just mentally in a bad place mostly (obviously or i wouldn’t be on like my hundredth day in front)

We report: we can hear the moody calls of a tawny owl out here. We are trying to find it among bare branches while the dusk light remains, but the mistletoe shrubs in the poplars trick our eyes. In the end, the day fades away completely, and the owl flies deep into the woods.

Another Sunflower Colony refugee, Petunia is the mother of The Wawa Kittens. She was abandoned when her family moved 4 years ago & has been having kittens every year since then, living under trailers, eating at the porches of whoever put food out. She’s the absolute nicest girl.
