so it’s not exactly clear what level of exertion actually causes them, it seems like mental and/or emotional exertion is “heavier” than physical, but i don’t know, i’m guessing. i might need to cut a few more stressors to really be able to make this work…

i am taking every day at a time. it seems like i had a light crash about a week after the convention, but then i crashed the day after a tornado warning (several hours in a basement with 8-12 other people including a toddler and everyone else was anxious so i started echoing that. annoying!)

yesterday i used literally all of my energy doing taxes, had an extended breakdown about memories i still haven’t unrepressed, and went to bed at like 9. today i woke up, smoked, shaved, took a bath, washed my hair, hung out with family, and i could even listen to music on the way home. so.

and that’s bad but doesn’t really have anything to do with this discussion because whether we use alt text or not isn’t going to determine whether ai models feed on the things we post
