One reason we need a massive amount of new social housing is that as investors take ever more control of California's housing stock they can increase rental prices ever more in order to extract as much of our wealth as possible.

One reason we need a massive amount of new social housing is that as investors take ever more control of California's housing stock they can increase rental prices ever more in order to extract as much of our wealth as possible.
