Blue Jays fan here who does mostly likes the SkyDome ("Roger's Center") but good lord the Dodger's stadium outfield is gorgeous. Love those little roof things at the top of the bleachers.

I don't know, a lot of this design would fit right in on SNW, set like 700 years earlier in the timeline. You could say the Starfleet Academy art direction is not being bold enough... But this wouldn't be an issue at all had they not decided to re-imagine the TOS era in the first place.

So what do we think, did Trump see the video and couldn't remember if he had actually made an announcement about magic med beds so posted it to make sure he could boast about it? Or did he know it was BS and just threw it out there anyway because he knows his base will gobble up any stupid bullshit?

I wish we had a culture of driving that respected rules like speed limits. Instead, we have a culture where enforcing basic useful rules about how fast you can operate a multi-ton machine is considered “unfair” or a “cash grab”.

I want a Star Trek series about a mission outside the galaxy aboard a huge mobile HQ ship w/ a variety of scout ships. Starfleet & civilians on board would number in the thousands with classic Trek aliens represented. But stories would be driven by the new aliens they encounter on their journey.
I want a Star Trek series that follows a crew that gets transported to a new galaxy with no hope of getting back to the Federation or Starfleet. It's not just another quadrant like in Voyager but an whole new galaxy. 🖖

In July, Trump and his FCC chair Brendan Carr celebrated CBS cancelling Stephen Colbert—and Trump also threatened then that Jimmy Kimmel would be “next up.” Now that’s happened too. This is government censorship of comedians who Trump dislikes. This is the US constitution being set on fire.
