After finally realising that ‘Vladimir’ (my perpetually infected left upper premolar) is likely causing the severe joint pain I’ve been experiencing for most of this year, I have made an emergency dentist appointment for tomorrow. Now I’m in the office bathroom trying to suppress a panic attack.
