If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.

As I'm nearing the end of Pokemon Z-A, I have a few thoughts:
-Neat Shakeup to the basic battling formula, still needs work, particularly with the speed stat.
-Several of the NPCs should be in jail, like.. hard stop they're committing extortion, but we just fist bump them like it's cool?

If we put a massive tax on trading shares... lets say... a 10% sales tax... I'd bet there'd be a shit ton fewer billionaires and millionaires ruining everything.

If companies want to merge into one big Mega-Corporation... then that industry should be Strictly Regulated, like Sam Insull did for ComEd.

My biggest financial worry right now, is if, come February, I'll be paying ~$250 per month for my Student Loans (as I was under the previous Pay-as-you-earn plan) or if it will be over $1,000 per month.
If the incoming administration goes for the latter option.. it's going to be catastrophic.

Speaking from experience, it's certainly easier to be lucky when the circumstances of your life are such that you don't have to expend as much energy as others have to into creating the times and places where luck can happen for you
My husband says, 'you make your own luck'. While I can appreciate the sentiment that we both work to get a break as well as those who identify the opportunities and take advantage of them are rewarded, it is an incomplete picture of what really happens. There's just a lot of privilege involved.
