Another flyer has appeared! Someone in Chicago is making protest flyers that mimic the design of handbills that contractors put on people’s garages. Many contractors are undocumented so they will see these. This showed up on my block today. I haven’t had time to see if it has been posted more widely

Every flashbang could instead be a meal for a poor kid. Every hotel room for a National Guardsman deployed to fire at our neighbors could house a homeless vet. Every "less-than-lethal" bullet pulled from a journalist's eye could be already needed healthcare for anyone else. All of this is a choice.

This is horrifying and should, in any reasonable world, lead to immediate impeachment. On a hot mic, before the media arrived, starting around 7:15 on the time index, Trump tells Bukele he is going to start sending "homegrown criminals" to El Salvadoran gulags. This is fascism.

Pritzker is a good bellweather for just how far right America has moved. None of his positions are radical, nor are they far left.
But because fascists have been in control for so long & most Dems have been trying to appease them, fascists have made people feel like basic civil rights are radical
