In case you happen to be a friend on the cesspool formally known as Twitter, I deleted my account. I'll be here exclusively going forward.
Ran into another “Rian Johnson Whodunnit” t-shirt haver at the airport. Thanks @superyakishop.bsky.social

Front of house chefs not knowing they should greet the judges and explain the dishes during Restaurant Wars is my biggest pet peeve. It’s not like there are 22 seasons of Top Chef VIDEO of the judges saying they expect it.

Seemingly overnight, a bird’s nest was installed on the light outside my front door. Previously a pair of doves had tried to build there, but failed, and gave up after a couple of days. I wasn’t sure anything was living there. Today, I finally saw the birds.

I’m on vacation (staycation) next week and I’ve already bought tickets to three different movies and I’m planning to visit kittens. I can already feel the tension leaving my body.

If you live in Chicago and are considering pet adoption, now is a good time. So many people are being forced to surrender their pets due to economic conditions, and these animals are in danger of being put down.

Hulu ruining the Oscars is really poetic coming after Sean Baker’s speech about streaming services killing the movies
March 3, 2025 at 3:44 AM
Really impressed at how epically Hulu dropped the bag. Though, I guess if Adrien Brody had kept his speech to time, the ceremony would have wrapped up before the Hulu stream bailed.

Hulu decided the Oscars were over and just stopped streaming them. Awesome.
