I would agree with this IF like…. the Soul Food spots in Atlanta were good. That would be considered our local cuisine, right? But when we want soul food, we cook it ourselves or go to mama nem house. Cause MAYBE 2 or 3 of the soul food restaurants are actually good.
Wherever you go, always just eat the local cuisine. If you're in the northeast, get seafood. If you're in the southwest, get Mexican. If you're in Florida, be careful.
