The worst part about the boat strikes - regardless of who ordered what and besides the ultimate tragedy of lives lost - is they’re forever a stain on the dignity of the United States military.

That's why the military has the right to refuse illegal orders. Illegal orders could ruin the military.

Must read story. Misinformation from DOGE and Elon about USIP-funded work of an Afghani working with the US against the Taliban leads to his family’s kidnapping by the Taliban
3/ Halimi initially wonders if Musk’s accusation is an April Fool’s joke. After all, the decades of work he had done consulting for U.S. diplomats wasn’t in service of the Taliban; it was the opposite.

Little did he know his nightmare was just beginning.

Again the question that needs to be asked is “HOW?”

Are you going to build more prisons? How? With what? Borrowed money? Tax rises?

Will you ship them off to El Salvador? Put them up in a Travelodge?

In 1890, the X and Y chromosomes were discovered. It was found that the men who were tested had 46 chromosomes, including an X and a Y, while women who were tested also had 46 chromosomes, including 2 X chromosomes.
So obviously the conclusion was that the Y chromosome defined masculinity.
