been enjoying making some soups and stews in the Instant Pot lately! it used to be that heating up a can of soup was a struggle meal but now cans of soup are like $5+?? so it's way cheaper to make my own and it does feel pretty satisfying ngl

kind of had a mid start to the day since I didn't get as much sleep as I wanted and woke up feeling kind of nauseous, also got picked on in French class :( but I turned the day around and cooked, studied a lot and also worked out and did yoga! yay

A simple question: given the pervasiveness of AI use for therapy with catastrophic results and the fact that mental illness often presents during college, what are you doing to safeguard your students against serious harm by ChatGPT?
