I like to get my money's worth, that's no news. But today I feel like I climbed to a whole new level.

Booked an airport hotel instead of waiting for a late train home. Used some coupons and paid with accumulated points, so I've only spent 30 euros out of the pocket.

I'd pay good 💰 for a centralised dashboard that'd give me checklists for life admin, from everyday bills, insurance of all sorts, to tax stuff - so I have one long list of all things I should be taking care of.

All T&C's in one place, with AI summaries to tell me what to use in which case/emergency

You wrote a great piece, quoted some great minds in the SEO industry and then slapped GEO on it and ruined everything 🤡

Think about every pro-Israel person who denied this was the plan for the past 22 months; who gaslit you; denied this to you; pretended this wasn't the plan.

And then never believe those liars about anything ever again.

I have finally solved my Twitter dilemma (I refuse to call it the other thing).

I deleted it once, but during the 30-day grace period, a friend warned me that someone could steal the account and impersonate me because of its backlinks.

So, I reactivated it then.

Seems like @bsky.app is suffering from a tech SEO glitch - the subdomain web-cdn now seems to overrank the standard URL version (non-www).

Chinese colleague just arrived to the office quite agitated. He looks through his pockets and backpack, panicked. Turns out, he forgot his phone, most likely in a friends car (who was giving him a lift this morning).

Remember the times when we weren't fully trusting of Wikipedia because we thought some of their fact-checking process could be swayed/biased if too many reviewers wanted to manipulate the info slightly?

Gosh, those were the times!

FINALLY one of the best TV shows ever produced, is on Netflix, instead of niche download sites. UnREAL. Watch it, so so so worth it.

As a weird hobby, I like voting it the Investor Annual Meetings for the stocks I've purchased. And I've purchased many random ones. I love voting, and I love reading up about the topics on the agenda, the people that are being appointed etc. Usually just boring admin.

Now, last weeks are different.

We should clarify this message: "...240 million blocked reviews (fake or not), 70 million blocked edits (fake or not)..."

As an active contributor and level 8 local guide I've seen a lot of my genuine reviews getting removed, and I know many people have seen the same thing last year.

As we are approaching sunny weather (finally!), a kind reminder: we live in a vitamin D deficiency epidemic. A healthy amount of spring sun does not require solar blockers!

Consult the UV forecast for your location, and unless it's a 6 or above for a long time, honestly, let your skin produce the D

It's been only 6 days since the AI Overviews appeared in Spain and some other EU countries and... they are everywhere. Every single search.

Early days to draw conclusions but the data is already pointing to some losses in the CTR.

Interesting times.

I can't believe that Google just spoiled the entire series for me! My query was literally "Adolescence", so that I see what's all that fuzz about and where I can watch it.

Meanwhile, Google serves me the ending within it's knowledge graph, at the very top. How savage!

A material chunk of $$ for Tesla comes from helping other companies delay taking real action
