Abuse survivors are heavily triggered by dishonest people. When you’ve sacrificed your time and security in order to figure out the truth, people who lack truth will feel like they’re pulling you back to your darkest days.

It is difficult to be out in public with people who were once friends and acquaintances—and now keep their distance or just smile politely as they pass. For someone who tried to never burdened others, I struggle not to scream out that there was #abuse and #trauma remains. #enablers #narcabuse

With the current political climate, it would benefit everyone to know what #narcissism is and how to identify it. #Narcissists have zero empathy. They never admit they’re wrong.
