With the current political climate, it would benefit everyone to know what #narcissism is and how to identify it. #Narcissists have zero empathy. They never admit they’re wrong. It is quite terrifying when narcissists become “leaders”. They will destroy everything you value if they remain unchecked.

#Gaslighting might be one of the most harmful behaviours. Questioning your own reality is one hell of a mind fuck. But that’s the goal isn’t it? To make you feel crazy. Even when everyone tells you that you’re not, you worry they have a bias towards you or you’ve manipulated them to believe you.
