Take a break. Go outside. Pet a cat. Do something "frivolous". Spend time looking at pretty things that an artist made. Fondle some smooth and shiny rocks. Eat a really good meal. Engage all your senses and remember that there are good things in the world.

I got a lot of ponies in today that look like they spent the last 40 years in a barn. But Tex's hat alone goes for nearly as much as I paid for the whole lot so I'm very happy. Here's a few of their befores, let's see what I can do with them over the next couple weeks.

My obsessive all or nothing interests problem has improved a great deal but sometimes I'm reminded starkly that it's still a character flaw I have. Prequel novel on my reading chair, housing coming soon with a week off work and my stupid brain is like "yeah whatever wow 🤷♀️" It's extremely annoying.
