In animation I've seen plenty of people assume their dept. is the hardest/most vital. As someone who's worked from vis dev to final stringout I can tell you: it's all vital. It's all skilled work. An engine is an important car part, but it still won't run without wheels. Be a team, not a tier list.

how do you take a good photo of a traditional artwork done with colored pencils 🥲
in a clear day near the window the colors get whitened and lose contrast, and if i manage to get the colors right - the shot is obviously too dark 😭
