Been a bit lax in playing radio for a few years. HOA and the last two townhouses have been a horror for antenna. Getting back to free-range radio soon as I have a new Icom 705. Digital Modes, APRS, ISS, General Class mischief.

Thanks for your reports that SSTV seems to be off during multiple recent passes.

We did receive some early decodes into the gallery followed by these notes on social media.

The ops team is investigating and we'll share updates when available.

Reminder that due to a conflict with some activities on the ISS, there will be no SSTV event this weekend.

Teams are working to reschedule in mid-November. Please watch our feed for info as it's available.
The schedule on the ISS has created a conflict with this weekend's planned SSTV event.

Due to some EVA's (spacewalks) the ARISS Series 30 SSTV event will be rescheduled. It's now targeted for mid-November.

Started a @flightradar24.com ADS-B receiver today, quick and easy with some spare parts I had laying around my home office (spare for a geek, that is). One @raspberrypi.com and a SDR stick and I was off and running. Hint, update/upgrade after initial setup got the only kink I had ironed out.
