A1C: 5.1 (very good for a diabetic, normal is 5.7 or under, so more normal than usual)
bad cholesterol is good,
good cholesterol is bad
Oh and I need more chlorine (edit: oops, I meant choloride) in my diet. Guess I need to go to the pool store.
