House Republicans' budget resolution adds almost $3 trillion to the deficit to fund $4.5T in tax cuts mainly benefitting America's affluent. This was unpopular in 2017, and I can't imagine it'll be popular now. The resolution's language also seems like a pretext for Medicare & Social Security cuts.
