Last time I went to the pharmacy, I told the bloke my DOB and he couldn't find me on the system. I told him my name again and he was like 'I thought you said 1952.' YES I am 73 - ask me about my skincare routine you prick. (That's TWENTY years out btw.)

I was trying to get the guy to explain why I was able to sign up for something when it's not available (this is just the final issue of many) but he couldn't. Also, I've had to talk to them about this order loads already and no one ever said 'actually it's not available?' Plus next door have it!!)

Yeah I've spent about three hours on the phone to them since July and although all of them have been delightful it's a massive pain the arse. I didn't even ask for FF, they offered it, and now it seems like... it's not actually available?

I saw someone famous (Arabella Weir? Maybe?) once saying she only butters one side for lunchbox sarnies. And she meant 'only one interior side'. I felt sorry for her kids. #butterisbetter (NB I know butter is not a thing in your house. However 'spread' should still be spread on both interior sides.)

I think maybe people eat more (and stronger) dark chocolate now, which is more dangerous for them? (Having said that, our dog used to love to eat the chocolate off the discarded Turkish Delight when my mum got a box of Black Magic for Christmas so who knows.)

Does he want a film camera, or a digital one? I have a Canon dslr, it’s an EOS 1300D, it’s quite old so you can get secondhand ones quite cheaply. I also have a little Sony point and shoot - a Cybershot - which is pretty good. (Mind you, my phone is also old so the camera is only ‘reasonably good’.)

Ooh it was exciting when I went to secondary school and met people from Oakley. Some of them lived in detached houses, such glamour. 😄
