You are valuable for who you are-- here, now, no accomplishment or transformation required.

What you do in your life, what you achieve & build, that's all gravy. It's awesome-- but no result you do or don't produce can diminish your inherent worth.

Put it on repeat.

It's frustrating to get triggered by things everyone around us seems to be handling just fine-- but it's real important we not overreact to the fact we're triggered or reflexively shame ourselves for it. Easy does it. We're working on it. Grace over guilt, & breathe.

Breathe.

I’m going to tag @regenceutah.bsky.social every day until they approve my friend’s chemotherapy

This is day 8

Found out yesterday they rejected her doctor’s peer to peer objection

Which is rage inducing! it is the standard of care, nothing fancy!

She starts chemo today & will be paying cash
Regence Blue Cross of Utah is denying chemotherapy to my friend, Raven Haymond. She is scheduled to receive Perjecta, which is the standard of care for HER2+ targeted cancers next week

You can call the ethics hotline: (888) 384-3577
