It would be interesting to see if that shift is trending across the country. If so, hope it heads towards the southeastern states. Is the district paying for any of the grad classes?

Also, I’m almost certain I’m the only WL edu of the 11 of us at the high school with a content-area grad degree. None of the Spanish edus could teach it currently, it seems, so there’s that, too. Good to hear that students are choosing to go on after meeting the DE requirement at your school!

Well, they might be comparing to a neighboring district in the same county. Students seem to mostly skip going on to level III or higher after the DE minimum requirement is met more SC colleges than not. That’s just my guess.

Salut! Are you talking about the courses for high school? Are the 6 courses at the M.A. level? I can teach dual enrollment courses in SC, but my district won’t offer them for World Langs. I’d rather team DE than AP French…i think? I know there are disadvantages enrollment-wise at the upper levels….
